[hpsdr] [OZY] Schematic Update for 11 May 2006

The schematic looks good. However, when I started to think about the
protection diodes, you possibly better connect D14 and D16 to +3.3V.
The maximum DC voltage specified to any pin of CY7C68013 is +5.25V.
The signal levels of D+ and D- are well below +3.3V.
