I have posted an updated PCB and schematic to the HPSDR.ORG site's 
wikipedia.  I also updated the circuit description to reflect this version.

The reflects the latest 100mm x 120mm PCB.  The IO connectors appear on 
the right as you view the board with the 96-pin DIN on the lower edge. 
Ten inserted into ATLAS, the board will rotate 180 degrees and the 
connectors will be on the left, assuming ASTLAs' power connector is on 
the edge furthest away from you.

Comments solicited. I think we're about ready to pull the trigger on the 
Alpha boards...
