I have ordered twenty (20) Alpha boards for Pinocchio.  Five (5) are 
going to the Alpha testers.  Assuming they work OK, the other fifteen 
(15) will be offered for sale, first come, first served, limit of one 
(1) per person.  Since the order page doesn't indicate time of order, 
please put the date and time in the comment field to help me determine 
who was first :-)  Also, please look over the form before you "order" 
Pinocchio.  If 15 have already been ordered...

The cost will be $15.00 per board, plus postage, probably $1.00 - to be 
determined.

The total cost for the 20 boards was $225, so the 15 boards offered for 
sale at $15 each will exactly cover the costs.  The five Alpha test 
boards are thus being subsidized by the fifteen that will be offered for 
sale.

That's about as open as I know how to be :-)

PS - if the boards don't work for some reason, I'll still let you buy 
one for $15, but I'll tell you it doesn't work :-)
