[hpsdr] JANUS BoM

Lyle,

I'm working through your preliminary BoM for Janus as a Mouser project -
Digikey hasn't given me an account yet - and I was wondering a couple of
things [more will no doubt follow]. 

1) Do the 2700 pf capacitors need to be COG? The only COG version Mouser
seems to have around comes in minimum units of 4000.

2) Should the 0.22 pf capacitors be COG? They are not marked so on your
list.

I corrected two (2) part numbers in the BOM: the 3.3V regulator and the 
0.22 uF capacitor.
