[hpsdr] Odyssey Siren Proto 1

The SDX Siren prototype has been posted to the Odyssey Wiki.
It uses the old QSD/QSE system rather than the ISD.
Proto 2 will have the ISD on it.

Some of you who attended the AMSAT symposium saw me routing the board on my Macbook Pro.  Yes, I was running bootcamp and windows XP.

We will be ordering PCB's and should be measuring the performance next week.
