[hpsdr] SDR-1000 interface board

Hi Phil,

One of my first interest in Janus was to use it in place of classic 
sound card with my SDR1000, so your proposition sounds great for me, if 
all is ok to control the radio via Ozy, so let's go for such an 
interface board, you can count me on!
