Hi Guys!

I saw this too on the Alpha Atlas. I think if you look at the coordinates it
is balking at an overlap of the connector. I could be wrong also.

These are apparently database artifacts.  There is nothing in the design 
file I can find on these layers.  I often get a small number of these on 
designs and just ignore them.

I really need to switch to a later version of OrCAD Layout, which I have 
but have been too lazy to switch over to.
