It is not yet published.  We wanted to get the placeholder on the PCB 
silkscreen and other documents so that they will be covered by the license.

The GPL does not cover hardware or the design, as I understand it. 
Anwyay, we have an expert legal team producing this for us at *no* cost, 
and their opinion was that an open hardware license was appropriate for 
some of the things we're trying to do.

Please wait until the OHL is open for the public comment period, likely 
in the next few weeks.
