[hpsdr] Linux controller?

Hi Dave
It seems to me that USB would be the bus to use for this purpose, in which
case a commercial device with USB would do it. How would this muddy the
water with Sasquatch I wonder? Is there anything Sasquatch needs to do
through the Atlas back plane that couldn't be achieved through USB?
