Hi Nyall,

HMC174MS8 is obsoleted, the replacement is HMC574MS8. Those are
otherwise very interesting devices, but according to my understanding,
the specified rise and fall times are typically 80 ns that is too slow
for sampling purpose. We are looking for swithches preferably better
than 10 times faster for lower switching losses at high clocking
(sampling) speeds. Hittite switches are made for TX/RX changeover
applications.

BTW, where did you see the 10 ns specification?
