The board looks really good, and this is also the first time I've seen 
the complete Verilog and block diagram together. This looks like it will 
be a perfect fit to drive my V/U/uW transverters.

I originally bought my SDR-1000 for that purpose, but I have been so 
impressed with its performance on HF that it is pretty much a permanent 
fixture there. My only beef with Flex, which I have stated publicly, is 
them dropping the low power version of the radio. It looks like 
Penelope, along with a suitable rx module, will fill that niche.

Any ball-park estimates of cost yet? I see that TAPR is featured on the 
board; is there an agreement with them to support this? I hope so, I've 
been a TAPR member ever since they got involved with HPSDR and it looks 
like a good match.
