With high speed DACs, the sample and hold circuit becomes very
important, so two 65Msps ADCs will not perform as well as a single
130Msps ADC due to the different requirements on the sample and hold
circuit. If the 65Msps ADC actually has the same sample and hold circuit
as the 130Msps ADC, then the result will be the same, but that is
unlikely to happen in reality.
