[hpsdr] sampling

Dear Ahti,

As you could probably see (or not) on Google-earth I'm working in a 22 
story building. Ground-level is below sea-level here....
You found the right spot! I determined it with a GPS-timing receiver I 
tested for a couple of weeks. It was in our laboratory on the 14th 
floor, this explains the 46.2 meter ;-)
