[hpsdr] V 1.9.1

Hi All,
  I got 1.9.1 working tonight. My 1 gHz Dell with 512 meg of ram had me at about 60% at 48 Ksamples so I changed to 96 Ksamples. This put me at around 90%, but there were no data drop outs and everything worked fine. I tried turning the display off but only dropped 15%.
