Looks like exactly what I was wishing for.

With that kind of part spec, I don't think I will need the gas discharge
tube, either.

They don't use any of the "friendly" distributors like Mouser or Digikey.
Future and Arrow have minimum buy of full reel quantities (3000 pieces).

Their web site says they will take small orders on credit cards directly.
I'll see what I can do directly with ProTek.
