[hpsdr] Janus/Ozy with SDR1000 IS WORKING

Update:

After installing Tortoise and using it to get the complete new 
package of JanOzy - optimized PowerSDR V1.63, my Janus/Ozy/SDR1000 
radio is ALIVE. I hear signals!

Now to optimize and then see if I can get V1.9.1 working.
