[hpsdr] Proper posting address for this list

Please be aware that the proper posting address for the HPSDR list is 
"hpsdr at hpsdr.org" -- quite simple and it is shown at the end of each 
list message (or digest).

We have had several messages intended for the list not make it to the 
list due to using the wrong email address.  Note that the correct 
address does NOT have the word "bounces" in it.

I wish to take this opportunity to wish all on the list a very Merry 
Christmas and to look forward for a prosperous New Year.
