[hpsdr] Board Interest List

Beacause I am easily bored and curious I wonder if anyone else has
noticed that there are several "Duplicate" entries on the "Interest"
list page? 
Duplicate as in identical names, numbers and comments etc...
Not that that by itself is really important but it looks like the total
numbers are also increased by those duplicate entries which may have a
ripple effect down to the bottom line...$$$$....
