Hi Alberto, and others who may be interested,
I am probably not the best person to reply to this, but someone can
correct me if I get it wrong. I think that the developers have done a
really splendid job keeping the code repository up to date and this is
the way, at the moment, that applications relating to the Ozy and Janus
alpha/beta boards, as well as that for prototypes under development, can
be obtained. See the SubVersion information on
http://hpsdr.org/resources.html and note that the address for the HPSDR
repository is svn://206.216.146.154/svn/repos_sdr_hpsdr/

You cannot use this address in your web browser but must download and
install version control software. There are links to suitable clients
on the resources page.

Once connected to the repository you will see that there are a number of
utilities and applications under development. I think that the one that
Chris is talking about is Upload_FPGA.exe (see
N8VB\OZY_V1\OZY_USB_UTILSV2.0\bin).

Of course, the repository contains a mix of finished code and code under
active development, and I am assuming that as boards become available
the associated release versions of the code will also be available from
the website or Wiki, alongside detailed installation and user
documentation. So it is unlikely that users will need to browse the
repository, but the developers have been kind enough to allow those who
have an interest to take a look, comment, and hopefully participate in
development.

Sorry if this is stating the obvious and I have misunderstood the question!

Kind regards,
Len G6YZB
