[hpsdr] Export experts?

I agree. Unless you have a big contract with a courier the costs for 
carriage and for customs clearance are very high.  If there is an 
insurance limit on USPS I would suggest sending one or two boards at a 
time as the default plan unless anyone specifically wants it done 
differently.  Many American companies put very imaginative values on the 
customs form too, but us hams are probably too honest for that.  It 
remains true that only a proportion of packets coming by post to UK ever 
get charged duty or VAT.
