[Hpsdr] not recognized?

Hello all...  

I have been having a strange problem running my Ozy,  Janus and sdr-1000 
combo...

sometimes it loads fine and runs.. other times i get these errors when 
running initozy

C:\Documents and Settings\Ray>load_firmware 0xfffe 0x0007 ozyfw-sdr1k.hex
'load_firmware' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file ...

and several more errors like that at the same time...

I even downloaded the latest 1.9.1 svn1355  which is said to Initialize 
Ozy automatically if needed -- ..

This worked fine the first time i ran it... I shut everything off , and 
now....I get errors when trying to start it up again..

any ideas??
