[hpsdr] Softrock transmitter with Ozy/Janus

This is probably a FAQ, but quite a bit of searching has not got me an 
answer, so I will ask anyway:  can one use Janus/Ozy to transmit with a 
Softrock RXTX using any available software?  (And if so, how?)
