[hpsdr] All weather testing .... Ozy load

As Pete Conrad once said, Commander of Apollo 12, ".. need a bit more all weather testing"  :-)

INITIAL RUN, according to JANUS/OZY instructions:

1. Laptop OS -- MS Vista Business (32-bit) - all drivers (USB) loaded successfully
2. Ran file: intozy.bat

Error observed:
Third step (line) of batch file: USB bus -- error notes that memory is either protected or corrupt

TEST 2:  Downloaded and installed Net 2.0 (although it should already be loaded)
Ran intozy.bat again 
This time appeared successful -- making it to end of batch file  "...done"

LEDs D1 through D10? cycled through a flashing sequence.

TEST 3: Powered down ATLAS.
Cycled power back to OZY
Ran file: intozy.bat

Same error as Initial Run
