[hpsdr] Latest HPSDR PowerSDR for Ozy/Janus

Hi folks.

As am testing the HPSDR stuff with my Flex system I found a very funny 
occurence. When the SR Button on the console program is hit, I am able 
to shift any signal on the panadapter display very fast around. But when 
I unclick the SR Button, I am getTING large pauses and delay. Also the 
mousewheel responce is slowed down.
Maybe someody else has seen it as well, or am I alone?
