[hpsdr] CPU load

Glad to see other guys seeing my same results. I had to drop back to 48 K sample to get good wide band AM without data drop outs. This puts the CPU in the 60s %.
  At 96K I was above 80%. 1 g Dell with 512 meg of ram. 
  My boards seem to function fine. I see the roll or above 10 khz. I have not added a heat sink on the A/D yet. frank   WA1GFZ.
