[hpsdr] SDR-1000 /Janus TX noise sidebands (#2)

Ref My previous message attached is the Janus TX I ( & Q ) oscilloscope 
waveform. The scale is hard to see but the amplitude is ~370 mv p-p and 
the period is  ~1.6 usec.  This is the same for either the analog power 
supply or the switching power supply.
