[hpsdr] Frequency Tuning Speed

Hi,

I had slow tuning speed, if SDR-1000 was conrolled by Ozy via the
parallel cable. When changed over to the Flex USB-to-PIO adapter, the
tuning speed is back to normal. Better use it that way until Bill
invents the solution.

Thanks to the HPSDR guys! Never ever a PC sound card with the SDR-1000!
