[hpsdr] HPSDR USB Protocol

Hi Phil,

Tnx for providing the protocol.

I have two remarks:

1. from pc to  hpsdr ; the max. number of samples is not 63 but 84 samples (504 divided by  6 bytes iso of 8 bytes)

2. i miss the overview in the implementation chapter: what are the different hw and sw pieces and how and their relationships?

Hope you can improve the document.
