[hpsdr] Status of THOR - Gibralter?

If you are looking for a relatively simple solution, look for a Rockwell
Jupiter GPS board (they show up on Ebay quite often - I paid about $30
for mine with an antenna). In addition to the normal 1PPS this board
provides a GPS locked 10KHz output which you can easily use to phase
lock a higher frequency VCXO.

Hi Kurt!
There are no "Last Tries!" Keep plugging. The developers and project
leaders are Volunteers, with a Salary of $0 - (their development costs
upfront), so we can't reduce it!
We can only ask occasionally (Politely of course).
I've been on the Gibralter WIKI and WEB for an eternity! I have hope but
little 'skill'.
Some of you lurkers could sure help out looking for the BEST GPS
optimized for timing, receiver and TCVCXO or even a programmable VCXO
out there while the Gibralter folks are getting cranked up. Not telling
what we can do with some FPGA glue on a timing board like Gibralter!
I am so excited by the state of the art timing/frequency stuff I could
'blow a cork!'
Maybe I will!
Thanks
Eric.

Any status on THOR?
The Dishstronix amp is extremely cool, but I expect I would end up in
divorce court if I spent that much on an amp.
Here's to hoping that THOR is a more cost effective choice.
