[hpsdr] What's the story on Rocky support?

Hi Kurt,

Phil VK6APH has mentioned to me that Janus has the same programmatic 
interface as Mercury, so once the support of Mercury is implemented in 
Rocky, the program will hopefully work with Janus as well.
