Don't know about the LEDs but regarding the slow tuning, make sure you
have the latest version of the modified PowerSDR 1.6.3 from SVN - it was
updated recently (about 2 weeks ago, if I remember correctly) to correct
for the slow tuning problem. Sorry, I don't have the build number here
at work.
