[hpsdr] Errors with initozy

Hi Reinhold,

There is a later version of the HPSDR PowerSDR software, which can be found 
at:

I forgot to update the link in version 1.1 of the manual :-( If I remember 
correctly, Bill KD5TFD updated especially initozy.bat such that when using 
Ozy to control the SDR-1000, PowerSDR's response is much faster. I have not 
gotten round to testing this yet myself.
