I have noticed the same thing,that the usage is up about 10% on my system, over what I use with the Presonus firebox. If I open task manager I notice that Powersdr.exe is using 10 to 15% less than the total cpu usage , and I see no other user that accounts for the difference, so I guess the extra is in some background routine.
