[hpsdr] SoftRock

[Cliff Chism]

Being a newbie, I just ran into the SoftRock v4 on a website while surfing
around. I also ran across v5 and v7 descriptors. And, from the various
comments I've seen, it seems like it might be a fun way to de-idle some time
while I wait for Janus, Ozy, Mercury, and Penelope. Can anyone tell me if
any iterations of this particular kit might still be available, or maybe
just a PCB?
