[hpsdr] Input protection circuit

Dear all,
here a proven and very efficient input protection circuit..

Uses a Mini Circuits Autotransformer TC1.5-1 , two 22nH inductances and
a 220 Ohm resistor to dampen an inherent resonance of the autotransformer.

With this one, a HF circuit survives a direct hit from an kilovolt-ESD
test gun to the signal line.. :) effect on signal line is less than 1dB
up to 1 GHz. Proven and used already.
