[hpsdr] preselector control

Preselector control could come off the ozy parallel port saving an atlas slot. A simple static decoder could decode the filter selected. A nice solid box with coax connectors with filtered control and power leads sounds a lot easier to do.
   Sorry guys off on a tangent. You have a A/D doing FFT there is no scanning going on in a preselector anyway. Back under my analog lurker rock. Frank
