[hpsdr] First Production Ozy!!!!

I got the first production Ozy board from GMA (our CM) this afternoon at 
about 6PM.

Plugged it in and fired it up (with some help from Bill) and it works. A 
couple of minor tweaks in the process and we should be rolling in Ozy 
boards by next week.

I haven't got the test fixture quite done, and Bill has some additions to 
the software test, but it looks good so far!
