Joe - thanks for the kind words on my code -- some clarifications in
line below

For cables one will need a 25 pin male male straight thru cable to go
from Ozy to SDR 1K, 2x 1/8 stereo patch cables for IQ in and out
(assuming one connects mic and speakers direct to Janus). For the 25
pin male-male cable I'm currently using a 1 foot long home made
ribbon cable with IDC connectors - may not be ideal in a hi RF
environment. For the audio interconnect I'm using Radio Shack
#42-2497 (

The CPLD will be pre programmed, as will the Ozy EEPROM, however the
programming in the Ozy EEPROM will only be for self test - the Ozy
FPGA is configured over USB when we bring the device up for use with
PowerSDR.

There will actually be 2 selections/configurations one has to do in
PowerSDR -- one to select Janus/Ozy as the audio device and 1 to
select it as the control device. This is to allow one to use the
audio section without using the control section. I've not tested
using just the control section and not the audio section so that
configuration may or may not work.

Updating the CPLD via USB is a bit of code still to be written. I
believe it is doable, but the code (FX2, Ozy FPGA, PC side utility)
remains to be written

One will need to install the libusb drivers to talk to Ozy. Not
quite hook it up and run but close.
