Hi David,

Looks like a nice part.  At the moment we are looking at using two cascaded, 
and individually switchable,  SBF-4089

http://www.sirenza.com/documents/products/2858/SBF-4089(Z)_Green_Datasheet.pdf

which has a slightly higher spec than the Gali-74.
