[hpsdr] Ozy with Gb Ethernet

One major advantage I see with ethernet is the galvanic isolation. This 
would decrease the
common-mode noise between the computer and the radio. One could also use 
a media converter
and run a 100baseF fiber link to the RF unit installaed on the antenna mast.
