Actually - there are multiple places where NTSC, et al will be around
for a long time.  Consider mobile applications or internet telephony
where NTSC and it's descendants are the standards.  The FCC's move away
from NTSC is only for broadcast TV.  This has no bearing on multiple
other venues for video display.
