[hpsdr] Preselectior switching

Hi Don, All,

I think it is worth mentioning that the max. size of a message including
attachments is 90 Kbytes?

I ran into the same problem and re-posted my files individually, staying
below 90 Kbytes; I'll place them also on the HPSDR website.
