[hpsdr] Penelope Schematic Updated

Lyle!

Gosh do these schematics turn me on! I printem on 11.5 x 17 at work, go to
my truck at lunch to get away from the phone and computer screen and try to
figgre em out! (smile). I have a couple of dummy questions.

Are there part numbers for U30, 33 and 37? With respect to U37 10 MHz Alt
how does that differ from U33 10 mhz? 

What do LEDs 0-9 do? (PLL Lock) What do they connect to?

Are all of these LPF's REALLY going on this board?
