I believe there is for the 125 MHz VCXO.  The 10 MHz are uncertain, and 
there are lots of choices.

It is just a way to allow two different oscillator footprints on the 
same PCB.  Only one of the oscillators will be installed, not both.  I 
will put a note on the schematic to this effect.

> What do LEDs 0-9 do? (PLL Lock) What do they connect to?

As the account said when asked about the financial statement, "What do 
you want it mean?"

Eight of the LEDs attach to the FPGA so they can be programmed.  One of 
them is just attached to power and is on all the time.

Yes!  In fact, you can see them here!

This is the 160mm board size. I just couldn't stuff everything onto a 
120mm board, or at least I was unwilling to...
