[hpsdr] Boards delivered in Russia

Now in Russia!
Yesterday I've got Ozy&Janus boards in sealed antistatic bags with fine
condition
and without custom fee. It's wonderful.

Rush time is coming for cooking the amazing radioamateur rig.
