[hpsdr] FOR SALE or HELP

I am in way over my head and as such need to either sell my Janus, Ozy and  
Atlas for $300.00 ( with discount cost me $368.00) or find a book or some other 
 teaching media to learn the basics of this stuff so I can use it.  73,
