[hpsdr] Atlas mounting

Hi group,

I'm in the process of mounting Atlas in a 19" PC case and wondered what the
mounting recommendations are re. grounding. Do I bolt the board to the
chassis using an insulated method or not (or does it matter?)

Board height appears to be an issue w.r.t. vertical alignment with the card
slots so I'm using bolts rather than stand-offs and need to know if I need
to use nylon or not.
