[hpsdr] Can't run program PowerSDR.exe

Hello all!
Today tried to activate Ozy/Janus with SoftRock v6.
Installed Ozy/Janus in Atlas and powered on.
Load libUSB for Ozy and initialed it by file initozy.bat.
LED ## 5..8 are lighting, and LED 9&10 are alternating their light.
Janus lights LED 10V,+5,-5V.
After fftw_wisdom.exe cannot run PowerSDR.exe from Release Folder.
Initial Window of PowerSDR appears till the line "Loading Main Form" only,
then it's annihilated.
Could anyone help, please.
