[hpsdr] Irrational exuberance..

As to software ... all of the code you need is in the HPSDR SVN 
system.  There's a version of PowerSDR (1.6.3 based) up there that 
has been modified to talk to Janus via Ozy, and the needed firmware 
(FX2 code, FPGA code, etc) is also up there.

At the moment I'd suggest holding off a day or two -- I'm right in 
the middle of changing the version of libusb to match the version 
Flex uses -- this will make life simpler in the long run -- at the 
moment the libusb HPSDR is using is incompatible with the one Flex 
uses for their USB control adapter.  I've got the code running here 
on my system,  need to do a little more checkout and testing before I 
declare it good enough to post.

Once I get the code posted to HPSDR SVN I will post details here of 
what one needs to play radio with Janus and Ozy.
