[hpsdr] Boards arrive in South Carolina

He stopped off in NC, too. Much smaller than I thought they'd be!

Now, to do serious research in to home brew surface mounting. And I need 
a better workbench with better lighting. And a bigger magnifying glass.

I got kits vs completed boards so now I need to gather parts, too.
